Your four selected answers and optional written reflection are sent to an AI service only to generate your question and thought.

DFE does not persist those answers or the written reflection as lead or profile data. The AI provider may retain request data temporarily for safety and abuse monitoring under its terms.

The email contains only the generated question and thought. Your selected answers and written reflection are not included.

Your email is used for transactional delivery. DFE does not persist it for this purpose, although the email provider keeps standard delivery logs.

If you separately tick the follow-up box, we store only your email, consent time, and the source of the request so Elías can contact you about an introductory conversation.

Elías also receives a notification with your email and the generated question and thought, as context for the conversation. Your selected answers and written reflection are never shared with him or stored for follow-up.

This information is kept until you withdraw consent, or for up to 12 months, whichever comes first.

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It records visits and which steps of the reflection are completed (for example, reaching question 2, generating a reflection or requesting an email). It never receives your answers, written note, generated question or thought, or email address. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off.

If you decline, no analytics are loaded. You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics settings” at the foot of the reflection page.

Requesting an email copy or opting in to follow-up does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
